2011
Mobile Cloud Limited Founded
Our story started in 2011 when industry leaders Martin and Stewart identified an industry wide problem in customer services and back office business functions.
People were wasting time navigating across multiple systems and focussing on IT issues rather than supporting customer driven processes and enabling multi channel support.
Despite new technologies promising single view of the customer and consolidation of systems these have failed to deliver real impacts to business processes.
2014
Designed new Human Interaction platform for Digital Workers
The team were delivering projects using pre-built packages including SAP by Design, Microsoft CRM and Blue Prism to accelerate customers move to digital whilst simplifying customer processes and lowering the cost of the IT platforms. During this time digital workers were being introduced to reduce the complexity of back end system integration.
The team identified a gap when trying to improve human and digital process automation. The problem is too much customer development of web forms and interrupted processes which drop out and need rework. So the team set about building new ways to deliver accelerated ways to deliver automated solutions.
TrustPortal was designed to provide a no code platform that could dynamically create a human interface and common user experience across automated processes. Early projects enabled large advancements in the interface and security of the platform enabling external users, customers and outsourced teams to use centralized digital workers to support their processes.
2016
Moving into an Automation Enabler
As the platform developed we span out the technology into TrustPortal Solutions Limited and created a Global network of resellers to support the growing Robot Process Automation Revolution.
2018
TrustPortal launched at Blue Prism World
TrustPortal won Technology Alliance Partner of the year
